In digital, process more important than outcome

In digital, process more important than outcome

Things have fundamentally changed with the emergence and growing influence of players such YouTube, WikiLeaks, Twitter and Facebook. But whatever has happened, fundamental principles will always be the same: “What makes the difference is the process versus the outcome: you should stop thinking just about the goal and focus efforts on how you will be doing.

"We are in an area of experimentations, and making mistakes is not important. What is essential here is how fast you correct them.

"Creativity should not be driven by short-term financial reward; it is before all what should drive you to make something better. And in this context, innovation should not be seen as a luxury, it should not be intermittent. The cycle of changes is too rapid, hence innovation needs to be an essential part of any news organization."
